Sweet Ice Cream

Hello everyone and thank you for popping by, I hope you are all having a great day. For this card I have used the Ice Cream Corner DSP and Sweet Ice Cream bundle, both are available in the Jan - June mini catalogue.

I cut out my 2 sections of Ice Cream Corner DSP and layered them onto Mango Melody cardstock then adhered them to the Coastal Cabana base. I used the Stitched Nested Label dies and cut the larger one out of Mango Melody and the smaller one from Basic White. I then cut my ice cream cone from the DSP and the colours for the ice cream (Mango Melody, Coastal Cabana, Flirty Flamingo and Basic White) using the co-ordinating punch that comes with the bundle, then layered them onto the Basic White die cut out.

You are probably wondering how i did the sprinkles, well let me fill you in. I coloured the sprinkle stamp with Stampin' Write markers. Yes, that's right, markers. You simply colour the stamp as you wish, the ink will slightly go dry but all you have to do is wave your breath over the stamp, the moisture and hot air will bring the ink back to life, and you stamp away. I cut my label with the Lovely Label pick a punch and cut one end off so it lined up nicely.

This is such a fun set to play with, very colourful and cheery.
