Same Card With 2 Variations

by Lorraine, August 01, 2021

Hello everyone, I am so excited today to show you the same card with 2 variations of difficulty. I have used my favourite Expressions in Ink DSP, it just makes for stunning cards with no effort, the paper does the work for you.

This first card is a traditional cut card, cut longways down the middle at 10.5cm, giving you 2 cards to work with. I have cut the length down to 29cm and score it at 14.5cm. I cut out one of the leaves from the Artistic dies and cut it down to fit around the sentiment. I then stamped my sentiment from Flowers of Friendship stamp set onto Basic White and cut this out with Stitched Rectangle dies and then the larger ones with Gold Foil and then Melon Mambo, placed some dimensional on the back and placed it over the leaves. I have also adhered a strip of the DSP on the inside panel, I think it nice to carry the theme over if possible.

This card is exactly the same cut as the first one except I have scored the top section in half and folded it back on itself to create a reverse easel, added the extra sentiment to the bottom on dimensional's to give it the height for the top sentiment to sit under.
